Our Terms & Conditions: Welcome to Duo Hide Leather. By accessing our website, purchasing custom samples, or issuing purchase orders for bulk leather products, you agree to comply with the following manufacturing and trade terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing Duo Hide Leather or placing an order with Duo Hide Leather, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all visitors, buyers, private-label clients, and B2B wholesale partners.

2. B2B Custom Manufacturing & Private Labeling

  • Tech Packs & Artwork: Clients are responsible for providing final vector files, tech packs, and measurements for custom logos, embossing, or specific designs.

  • Pre-Production Approval: For bulk orders, production begins only after the client approves the physical sample or digital pre-production proof in writing.

  • Minor Variations: Leather is a natural material. Slight variations in natural grain, shade, or natural leather markings may occur and are recognized as authentic characteristics of real leather.

3. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) & Sampling

  • Sampling: Custom samples are available upon request to evaluate quality, stitching, and fit before bulk production. Sample charges and expedited courier fees are payable prior to sampling.

  • MOQ Compliance: Bulk pricing is tiered based on order volume. Minimum Order Quantities (MOQs) vary by product category (e.g., custom jackets, duffle bags, wallets) as outlined on our product pages.

4. Pricing, Quotes & Payments

  • Quotations: Official B2B wholesale quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue due to market fluctuations in raw hide and shipping rates.

  • Payment Terms:

    • Standard B2B production requires an upfront deposit (e.g., 50%) upon purchase order confirmation, with the remaining balance due upon completion prior to dispatch, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

    • Payments are processed securely via verified gateways (Stripe, PayPal, or Bank Wire Transfer).

5. Lead Times, Production & Shipping

  • Turnaround Times: Estimated sample lead time is typically 7–10 business days, while bulk production turnaround depends on order quantity and design complexity.

  • Customs, Duties & Taxes: For international shipments, the buyer is responsible for any import duties, customs clearance fees, or local taxes levied by their destination country’s customs authorities.

  • Shipping Delays: While we partner with major international couriers (DHL, FedEx, UPS) to ensure prompt delivery, Duo Hide Leather is not liable for carrier delays caused by customs holds, weather conditions, or unforeseen logistics disruptions.

6. Intellectual Property & Brand Ownership

  • Client IP: All client-submitted designs, proprietary brand logos, and trade names remain the exclusive intellectual property of the client.

  • Website IP: All original imagery, brand content, graphics, and text on duohideleather.com are protected by copyright laws and belong exclusively to Duo Hide Leather.

7. Cancellations, Returns & Defective Goods

  • Custom/B2B Orders: Because custom products are made to specific client specifications, bulk production orders cannot be canceled or returned once production has commenced.

  • Manufacturing Defects: If an order arrives damaged or with a clear manufacturing error that deviates from the approved pre-production sample, clients must notify us within 7 business days of delivery with detailed photos/videos for review and replacement options.

8. Limitation of Liability

Duo Hide Leather shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website, product misuse, or shipping delays beyond our reasonable control.
